Physical education courses are the courses with the longest duration and the mostextensive influence in one's life.The new curriculum standard makes it clear that school physical education should take "health as the first priority" as the guiding ideology,which will cultivate students' interest in sports and establish the cognition of lifelong participation in physical exercise.At present,the ministry of education of China combines the two projects of campus football and cheerleading as "one school,one ball and one exercise",which is included in the campus development curriculum to enrich the content of physical education teaching activities and further strengthen the physical education curriculum.This article USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to research methods,through the high school grade three,jiangning branch of the affiliated high school of south division to participate in sport students statistical investigation,understand!! Fuck movement to student's study the influence of sports motivation,sports behavior,to more schools to provide reference la-la-la sport.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.The cheerleading exercise can promote the teamwork of high school girls,strengthen the spirit of unity and cooperation of students and the sense of collective honor,and improve the sense of unity and cooperation of students.2.Cheerleading exercises affect students' understanding of high school sports credits.Through learning and practice of the program,students can really love this sport,instead of participating in sports for the purpose of completing sports credits.3.The cheerleading exercise is beneficial to the allocation of students' spare time.The positive spirit of the project can improve students' self-discipline and self-confidence,improve students' enthusiasm,and enable students to arrange their spare time more reasonably and better.4.The motivation of the students in the first grade to participate in this sport is much higher than that of the students in the third grade in terms of improving their skills and obtaining their scores.Senior one students enter the senior high school,they want to prove themselves through study,while senior three students participate in this sport more for their own interests,which is a kind of behavior habit.5.The cheerleading exercise affects the choice of high school girls in sports.For students who have received relevant courses and training of this sport,they will be more willing to take the initiative to participate in gymnastic sports for exercise and develop the habit of taking the initiative to participate in exercise.6.Cheerleading exercises can influence the time and way for high school girls to participate in sports activities.A small number of students from the original often alone physical exercise to exercise with classmates or family members,and can affect more people around to actively participate in physical exercise,improve interest,to maintain the foundation of physical exercise.
