Optimum Design Of Work Assessment Scheme For Counselors In Private Colleges-ZY College

Private higher education is an important part of China's higher education,which plays a very important role in promoting the rapid development of society and economy.As a part of College teachers,counselors play a very important role in the development of private higher education in China: they manage students' daily work and ideological and political education in school,and they are the main force of Ideological and political work in schools.At present,the work management and assessment of counselors in some private universities are still unsatisfactory,which restricts the healthy development of private universities to a certain extent.In order to give full play to the role of counselors,combined with the actual development of private colleges and universities,the author believes that it is necessary to optimize the existing assessment methods of counselors,in order to promote the construction of counselors,and enhance thedevelopmentof private colleges and universities.This paper takes ZY College of Private Universities as the research object,using the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and so on to carry out research work.Firstly,it elaborates the concepts of performance appraisal and counselor's work,and introduces the theoretical basis of performance appraisal.Secondly,according to the actual situation of counselor's work appraisal in ZY College,it collects and collates materials.Through questionnaire survey and interview,it summarizes the current situation of counselor team in ZY College,the main contents and problems of current work appraisal,and summarizes them.Four main problems are pointed out;based on the purpose,principle and concept of assessment,specific optimization ideas are put forward again;on this basis,the evaluation indexes of each assessment subject are determined,and the weights of each index are determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to complete the optimization design of the assessment scheme;finally,combining with the actual situation of ZY College,the paper puts forward the reality of the evaluation scheme of counselors' work in ZY College.Guarantee.To some extent,this study can promote the improvement of the management system of counselors' work assessment in ZY College,and is conducive to the professional and professional development of counselors' team.It can also be used for reference to improvethe work assessment of counselors inthe sametype of private colleges and universities.
