With the continuous implementation and deepening of the national educational revolution process the concept of autonomous learning has become a commonplace talk of an old scholar, our famous scholars has achieved a lot on research of autonomous learning ability of students. But it does not mean that we can do no more about resrarching autonomous learning. In contrast,we should follow the tendency of the National medium-and long-term Educational Reform and Development Plan and try our best to achieve a lot more on autonomous learning studies. This thesis is based on perdecessors' researches of autonomous learning and follow the new curriculum concept strictly to dig out useful strategies of autonomous learning by theoretical analysis altogether practice surveysand combining the features of high school chemistry and teaching status. This thesis takes 116 students of Grade one in Tian Cheng high school An Hui Province as models has achieved the conclusion that in present the autonomous learning ability of part of our grade one students in high school is still needed to be cultivated and improved according to the research and analysis of students' autonomous learning status quo which includes four aspects of learning interest ? learning targets ? learning strategies ? Self-monitoring and evaluation.Aim at this situation,I have put forward several scientific and feasible strategies of forming the autonomous learning ability of high school students in Chemistry from three aspects including stimulating learning motivation ? guiding learning strategies and creating suitable learning atmosphere.
