The physics curriculum standard is the basis for the compiling physics textbooks,classroom teaching,evaluation and examination proposition,and it is the basis of the national management and evaluating curriculums.Comparing the old and new curriculum standards will help educators understand the changes in the new curriculum standards,grasp the trend of curriculum reform and development,and help promote the implementation of the new curriculum reform.Taking the "Ordinary High School Physics Curriculum Standards(Experimental Edition)" and the "Ordinary High School Physics Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition)" as the research object and using text-analysing method to compare the differences between the two editions of the curriculum standards,the research makes a comparative study of the overall framework,the characteristics of the curriculum,the curriculum concept,the objectives of the course,the structure of the course,the contents of the course,and the recommendations for implementation.In addition,questionnaire surveys are conducted on first-line high school physics teachers to know about the basic conditions for the implementation of the 2017 edition of the curriculum standards,and recommendations for implementing the new curriculum standards have been proposed based on the research results,which provide some reference for the implementation of the new curriculum standards.Through the study of the two editions of curriculum standards,the following conclusions can be drawn: compared with the 2003 edition,the overall framework of curriculum standards in 2017 edition is more complete;the characteristics of the curriculum are more clearly defined;the curriculum concept is designed based on the "core quality of physics";the curriculum objectives highlight the educational value of physics,and the curriculum structure is more reasonable.In terms of course contents,in the course contents required for high school graduation,the course breadth of the 2017 course standard is larger than that of the 2003 version,and the course depth is slightly greater than the 2003 version.In the electromagnetic part,there is a big difference between them.In the college entrance examination optional physics course contents,the breadth of the 2017 edition is basically the same as that of the 2003 edition and the depth of the course is slightly greater than that of the 2003 edition.Each module is different,however,if only one of the options for the 2003 edition of the curriculum standard is selected,the breadth and depth of the course contents to be studied are both lower than those of the 2017 edition of the curriculum standards.The implementation of the 2017 edition of the curriculum standards is recommended to be comprehensively updated,and the academic quality standards are developed in conjunction with the core literacy of the physics discipline.Through the questionnaires on frontline teachers,the following findings are found: the first-line teachers have insufficient understanding of the new curriculum standards,the curriculum training is not effective,and the basic conditions for the implementation of the 2017 edition of the curriculum standards are slightly lacking.In view of the shortcoming of the basic conditions for the implementation of curriculum standards,the following suggestions for promoting the implementation of the new curriculum standards are proposed: fisrtly,teachers strengthen professional learning and improve theoretical level;secondly,schools improve hardware equipment and improve teacher evaluation mechanism;thirdly,higher education departments reinforce more external support.
