In the era of innovation and technology-led,the importance of personality has become increasingly prominent.The great development of students' personality is inseparable from the infiltration of teachers' teaching personality.Teachers' teaching personality plays a key role in the process of promoting students' personality development,it need to be paid attention to in the development of teaching theory and practice.The formation of teacher's teaching personality is an ideal way to help teachers get out of the predicament of professional development and is the inevitable choice to promote teacher's characteristic professional development.Whether for the development of students or teachers themselves,teachers' teaching personality is an important topic.Most of the current studies interpreted the teaching personality in the way of theoretical construction,and paid less attention to the formation of teachers' teaching personality in real teaching situations.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to understand the formation of teachers' teaching personality from the real teaching situation,find the theoretical and practical basis for the formation of teachers' teaching personality,and look forward to arouse more front-line teachers' awareness and thinking.This study adopts the method of narrative research,invites a senior high school Chinese teacher as cooperative teacher,observes her teaching life over a long period of time on the basis of full respect and trust,and discovers the true stories of her work and life by interview.Through sketching the teaching practice inside and outside the classroom of the cooperative teacher,shows the existence of the teaching personality of the cooperative teacher in teaching practice.Then,through the narration of the teaching story of the cooperative teacher,presents the formation process of her teaching personality,understands the thread of formation of cooperative teacher's teaching personality on the whole,digs the factors which affecting the formation of teachers' teaching personality.The research found that daily life,personality characteristics and professional knowledge are the base of teacher's teaching personality,they provide possibility for the formation of teachers' teaching personality;self-awareness and teaching enthusiasm are the core factors affecting teacher's teaching personality,they play the most critical role in the formation of teachers' teaching personality;learning community,students and mentor are the helping factors influencing teacher's teaching personality.Based on the above analysis,this paper attempts to put forward some suggestions to promote the formation of teaching personality of senior high school Chinese teachers:strengthening the value identity of teaching personality,stimulating teachers self-consciousness,exercise teaching ability,cultivating teaching affection,creating a teaching environment conducive to the formation of teaching personality,optimizing the evaluation mechanism to promote the formation of teaching personality.
