With the progress of the new round of curriculum reform,teachers,as the core of school education and reserve talents,have received more attention,especially the teachers' leadership.Many scholars have done intensive study on it and analyzed the concept,composition,factors and strategies of the teachers' leadership from different aspects,except study on the formation process.The author hopes to explore the specific performance,formation process and influencing factors of professional leadership status of teachers through this research,and try to enrich relevant theoretical knowledge.This study uses case study method,taking M teacher as the research object.And it mainly uses non.structural interviews and classroom,observations to reveal the professional traits and influencing factors in the formation process.This paper consists of the following six parts:The first part is an introduction.It mainly summarizes the background,research purposes and significance,research design and review of related research.The second part is the connotation and characteristics of the professional leadership of teachers.It summarizes the connotation,characteristics,quality and standards of teachers'professional leadership,in order to enrich the theoretical basis of the paper.The third,fourth and fifth parts are the analysis of the specific performance,formation process and influencing factors of M teacher's professional leadership.These three parts are mainly based on the theoretical basis and research data,and analyze the specific performance and formation process of teachers' professional leadership identity,revealing the factors that promote the formation of teachers' professional leadership identity.Among them,the formation process includes the stage of transcending peers,obtaining the stage of informal professional leadership,obtaining the stage of informal professional leadership and surpassing the stage of professional leadership;the promotion factors include school environment,leadership motivation,interpersonal relationship and important others.The sixth parts is the conclusion.This part mainly summarizes and summarizes the thesis,and summarizes the research significance and research deficiencies of this paper.
