The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly points out the importance of quality education and all-round development of students' morality,intelligence,physique and beauty.Social life is constantly diversified,and students' life is constantly diversified.In this complex situation,the cultivation and guidance of correct values is particularly important.High school is in an important period of establishing and perfecting students'values.It is convenient to cultivate students'socialist values.At the same time,students'values are easy to tilt and change.Therefore,the training of values must be strengthened in intensity and frequency.Dialectical thinking in philosophical thought can be interpreted as thinking,exploring,criticizing,innovating and reflecting in subject teaching.Its purpose is to enable students to overcome inertia,break through restraints,change their thinking,grasp connections and develop in an all-round way so as to correctly and objectively understand and transform the world,study and life.The ideological and political course in senior high school is the main course for the cultivation of students'values and thinking,especially the content of the compulsory 4 "Life and Philosophy".The textbook mainly includes several themes,such as connection,development,contradiction and innovation.By cultivating students'dialectical thinking,it can improve students'philosophical thinking and help them learn scientific world outlook and methodology.The purpose of this paper is to find out the problems and explore the reasons through the investigation of students' dialectical thinking ability and teachers' dialectical thinking cultivation,so as to put forward strategies,improve teachers'teaching methods,and help students improve their thinking and develop in an all-round way.The viewpoint and strategy put forward in this paper have certain objectivity and feasibility.It is hoped that it will play a corresponding role in the cultivation of students'dialectical thinking ability.At the same time,it will be helpful to the teaching implementation and teaching research in the future.Based on the relevant investigation and research,this paper finds that there are some practical problems in both teachers'teaching and students' learning,which are mainly manifested in teachers'teaching design,teaching methods,teaching effects,students'self-awareness and learning thinking.Therefore,from these two aspects to explore the reasons for the formation of the problem,mainly for teachers'teaching ability and teaching literacy,as well as thinking about the teaching process,students'stage characteristics and their own knowledge,as well as learning methods and thinking methods.Teachers,as the leaders of teaching,grasp the interpretation of teaching content and the implementation of teaching process,so take teachers as the main line to put forward training measures to promote students'thinking development in an all-round way.Corresponding to the problems and causes,this paper puts forward the relevant argument strategies,including four major themes:improving teaching ability,formulating teaching process,innovating teaching methods,and setting up teaching modules,and elaborates on the specific content and case guidance.
