With the rapid development of computer science and communication technology,the future will be the era of artificial intelligence and the interconnection of all things.In this era,all countries attach great importance to the programming education of primary and middle school students,and even elevate the programming education to the level of national strategy.In recent years,our country has attached great importance to programming education.The State Council and the Ministry of Education have repeatedly proposed to open artificial intelligence courses in primary and secondary schools and gradually promote programming education.In order to carry out programming education,it is necessary to establish corresponding curriculum standards for programming education in primary and secondary schools.What is the level of programming knowledge and skills of Chinese primary and middle school students?What is the attitude of students towards programming learning?What factors affect students'mastery of programming knowledge and skills?At present,there are few researches on the investigation of the current situation of programming education for primary and secondary school students.This paper attempts to take this as the research point,and the main research contents are as follows:(1)Construct an assessment scale for the status quo of programming education for primary and secondary school students.Access to domestic and foreign literature about programming education,learn about the evaluation indicators of programming knowledge and skills,and understand the evaluations related to learning attitudes(such as learning interest,learning motivation,learning cognitive load,learning self-efficacy,etc.)in the field of learning science Scale.On this basis,combined with the opinions of relevant experts and front-line teachers,We have compiled a questionnaire on the current situation of programming education for primary and middle school students.(2)Conduct empirical research on the status quo of programming education for primary and middle school students.According to the compiled questionnaire on the status quo of programming education for primary and secondary school students,field research was conducted in conditional primary and middle schools to collect data.According to the compiled"Interview Outline of Programming Teachers in Primary and Middle Schools",some teachers engaged in programming education were interviewed and interview records were made.(3)Analyze and evaluate the current situation of programming education for primary and middle school students.Based on the collected questionnaire data,a descriptive statistical analysis is made on the basic learning situation,current situation of programming knowledge and skills,and current situation of programming learning attitude of primary and secondary school students,so as to understand the basic situation and current situation of programming education of primary and secondary school students.(4)The level difference analysis of the status quo of elementary and middle school students' programming education and individual basic conditions.According to the collected questionnaire data,the differences in the programming education status of students of different genders and different grades are analyzed to understand the difference between the current situation of programming education and the basic situation of individual students.(5)Explore the factors that influence the programming knowledge and skills of primary and secondary school students.According to the collected questionnaire data,the methods of correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to explore the factors affecting the programming knowledge and skills of primary and secondary school students.
