Secondary vocational education and higher vocational education are different levels of education in China's vocational education system.They all have professional characteristics and bear the important responsibility of cultivating applied talents for China's economic development.Realizing the convergence of middle and higher vocational education is not only the inherent requirement of the development of health education in vocational education,but also the inevitable trend of constructing a modern vocational education system.The connection between secondary and higher vocational education includes training objectives,students,majors,courses and many other aspects.It is of great significance to analyze the connection between students and students in higher vocational education with the admissions link as the entry point.The study first analyzes the relationship between higher vocational enrollment and the connection between higher vocational education and the historical development stage of higher vocational enrollment,and then analyzes the current situation of the connection between middle and higher vocational education students,focusing on the spring college entrance examination,individual examination,five-year consistent system,and skill college entrance examination.The specific implementation of enrollment methods such as enrollment,exemption and admission.The study found that there is a gap in the connection between students in secondary and higher vocational education,the proportion of students enrolled in secondary vocational education is small,the enrollment mode of higher vocational colleges is single,and the content of recruitment is not targeted.Then,the study uses case analysis to analyze how Shanghai achieves the convergence of students in the new round of college entrance examination reform,and uses comparative methods to analyze how the United States,Germany,and Japan can achieve the connection between middle and high vocational education students.The commonality of the three countries is mainly relying on the open admissions admission policy to achieve the convergence of students.Finally,inview of the problems existing in the current high-level vocational education in China,it is proposed to improve the classification examinations,expand the enrollment of students,smooth the various enrollment channels of higher vocational colleges,improve the enrollment service facilities of higher vocational colleges,and improve the enrollment guarantee of higher vocational colleges.Improve the quality of the connection between middle and high vocational education students,promote the smooth connection of medium and high vocational education,promote the sustainable development of vocational education,and establish a sound modern vocational education system.
