Secondary vocational education and higher vocational education are important parts of the vocational education system in China,which undertake the task of training high-quality applied and skilled talents for the country.In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy and the improvement of the requirements for the talents,the effective connection of the two levels of vocational education is an important way to build a modern vocational education system,cultivate high-quality skilled talents and realize the sustainable development of students.Therefore,scientifically analyze and solve many problems in this process,and provide theoretical support and countermeasures for the development of vocational education is an important and urgent problem to promote the connection,coordination and healthy development of secondary and higher vocational education.The research was carried out by literature and questionnaire.First of all,this paper analyzes the current situation of the connection between secondary and higher vocational schools in China by using the literature method.On the basis of the literature research,the questionnaire and online questionnaire are used to investigate the students of secondary and higher vocational schools.The target is to understand the learning situation of secondary and higher vocational students and their understanding of the convergence of secondary and higher vocational education.The results show that the repeated learning of curriculum and the fuzzy goal of talent training affect their learning experience and their own value orientation;to a certain extent,the family background of secondary vocational school students affects their choice of entrance and employment;most secondary vocational school students show low interest in learning,lack of learning motivation and low sense of self-efficacy.Based on the above problems in the process of talent training,the following suggestions are put forward.Firstly,We should strengthen the communication between secondary vocational schools and higher vocational colleges,make clear the difference between the quality and specification of personnel training,and make their own personnel training objectives by analyzing the technical requirements of talents required by the industry and posts.We should establish a complete credit mutual recognition system,and compile curriculum content that conforms to the characteristics of students' ability and talent training level,so as to avoid the waste of educational resources and the reduction of students' interest in learning caused by the repeated teaching of curriculum.Secondly,we should close the relationship between schools and families,help parents to update their educational concepts,enhance their awareness of educational investment,broaden the channels of students' growth and development.Thirdly,we should pay more attention to the emotional experience and needs of students in the process of learning.We should strengthen the guidance to the students who are not willing to learn,cultivate the students' correct view of attribution through various ways,and improve their sense of self-efficacy.
