Study On The Improvement Of The Well-being Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers

Based on the current situation of the new generation of migrant workers' employment income and working life,this paper abstracts the basic connotation and related concepts of the happiness of the new generation of migrant workers,compares them with the older generation of migrant workers,excavates the characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers,then analyses the causes and problems of the present situation,and then sorts out the impact of the new generation of farmers.Then it reveals the necessity and urgency of improving the happiness of the new generation of migrant workers,and then puts forward some suggestions and Countermeasures to improve the well-being of the new generation of migrant workers.Enterprises and enterprises can contribute to the improvement of their well-being,and will play a positive role and practical effect.The paper consists of five parts,including introduction and four chapters.The introduction part directly quotes the author's previous interview questionnaire survey and survey summary report during the Spring Festival winter vacation in 2017,emphatically expounds the reasons for choosing the topic,describes the research background in more detail,and then defines the related concepts involved in this paper to provide the theoretical basis for discussion,clarifies several confusing issues,and then from the growth environment conditions,employment work mentality.Four aspects closely related to their well-being,such as cultural skills,quality and pursuit of values,are incompletely summarized.On this basis,the necessity and urgency of improving the well-being of the new generation of migrant workers are demonstrated.In terms of social stratification system,unequal economic resources,low social mobility,unstable employment resources,scarce social capital and society,etc.This paper analyses and demonstrates the influencing factors of the happiness improvement of the new generation of migrant workers from eight aspects: lack of recognition of prestige,great difference in human resources and weak civil rights resources.Accordingly,it puts forward some suggestions and Countermeasures forthe happiness enhancement of the new generation of migrant workers,namely,the so-called practical action path guide.First,we should build a high mobility social environment,and then speed up the urban-rural integration of the household registration system.Five more concrete and feasible ways or means are provided to promote the basic project of "three rural issues" in close connection with the reform.Finally,combined with the above-mentioned theoretical and logical ideas and suggestions and countermeasures,the above-mentioned demands are generally responded to and implemented,so that the happiness of the new generation of migrant workers can be consolidated and sustained on the basis of improving their well-being.
