The "Second Classroom" is based on the content of the first classroom teaching,and provides students with knowledge,information transfer,intellectual development and personality cultivation.In the process of school music teaching,the "Performance(Musical Instrument)" section can be presented in two forms,the first classroom and the second classroom.With the social education becoming more diversified today,most parents let students participate in interest classes which similar to the "second classrooms" of music during their spare time,in order to cultivate and enhance students' musical literacy.In order to comply with the concept of contemporary music education in the new situation,in the primary and secondary schools nationwide,many local primary and secondary schools have opened the "second classrooms" to learn folk musical instruments or established folk orchestras.This move is truly a reality for the continuation,promotion and development of national music with great significance.Although the “Second Classroom” related to the folk musical instruments has been opened in various regions,the teaching effect is not optimistic.This thesis is based on the folk musical instrument and based on the author's practice teaching of dulcimer in the second classes in No.2 Qiongshan Primary School in Haikou City,And through the on-the-spot observation of the music teaching in the second classrooms of various folk musical instruments carried out by the school,issuing questionnaires and communicating with teachers,objectively analyzed the music teaching situation of the folk musical instrument "Second Classroom",and dogged deeply into the current situation of the "second classroom" teaching of folk musical instruments,classroom implementation and its development trend,to find out the factors affecting the teaching of folk musical instruments in the "second classrooms" and the problems and to raise constructional suggestions to schools like Qiongshan No.2 Primary School for the “second classrooms” teaching for folk music instruments,and to cultivate students' general music literacies better.This thesis was separated into five parts: The first part is the introduction,which mainly explains the reason and significance of the selected topic,the research status and the research methods used in this thesis,which provides the basis and research ideas for the substantive investigation,practice and thinking of the thesis.The second part is a theoretical narrative of the basic concepts and characteristics of the "second classroom",from which the meaning and value of the national musical instruments in the "Second Classroom" are derived.The third part is to summarize and analyze the questionnaires of the "SecondClassroom" teaching of folk musical instruments in Qiongshan No.2 Primary School.Through the investigation of data analysis and observation class,find the teaching problem that affects the "second classroom" of folk musical instruments in Qiongshan No.2 Primary School.The fourth part mainly focuses on the courses of dulcimer,lieutenant,erhu,bamboo flute and pipa in Qiongshan No.2 Primary School.It analyzes the teaching method,the teaching content,the teaching process and the characteristics of the students' learning of folk musical instruments in order to find out the existence and common problems in teaching and its analysis.The last part is to propose corresponding solutions through the problems condensed in the above chapters,and to construct the teaching model,and design the teaching practice case of “second classrooms”.
