With the promulgation of the new curriculum standards,the national music education's development and grandness, ethnic Musical Instruments also begin to spread. In recent years, as gore silk, ethnic instruments like the flute has the obligatory course on as part of primary and secondary school music curriculum. In addition, primary and middle school students in the second course, such as the guzheng, ethnic Musical Instruments such as bamboo flute also has more and more people begin to study, so in the national musical instrument of education and learning, most of them use chords, staff use relatively less. This article embarks from the national musical instrument teaching staff use present situation, through discussing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages in the national musical instrument teaching staff, and the "second classroom" guzheng teaching of primary and secondary schools as an example, analyzed the primary and secondary school guzheng staff problems existing in the teaching process, and discusses the concrete measures of guzheng sheet music teaching of primary and secondary schools. Through exploration and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages and the development of the national musical instrument teaching staff trend, shows the importance of the teaching staff, promote the development of national Musical Instruments, the development of teaching staff has carried on the deep level research.
