The purpose of this paper is to explore the influencing factors that affect teachers' professional well-being.The author firstly refers to the existing research results,and compiles a teacher's occupational well-being questionnaire on the basis of the literature.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 600 teachers in Quzhou city,of which 523 were valid(113 males,accounting for 21.6%,females,410 people for 78.4%).According to statistics,the teachers' professional well-being in Zhangzhou City is generally in a happy state.Among the demographic variables,the teaching age,income level,and region are the most important factors affecting the teacher's occupational well-being.The order of influence is teaching age> income level> region.The research results show that the teacher's career happiness is the strongest among teachers aged 3-6 years;the teachers with higher income level have the highest overall happiness;the urban teachers' occupational well-being is the strongest and the rural teachers' occupational well-being is the worst.Intermediate level.Influencing factors in each dimension,according to the size of influence,from the largest to the smallest,are: a sense of accomplishment,relationship with students,relationship with colleagues,motivation for employment,relationship with leadership,physical health,work emotion,and work enthusiasm,among which physical health,Work emotions and work enthusiasm were negatively correlated,and other factors were positively correlated.This article suggests that from the perspective of teachers themselves,at the school level and at the social level,take measures to improve teachers' professional well-being.It is necessary to enhance the professional quality of teachers,set occupational ideals,formulate career planning,and enhance learning motivation.Schools must also establish fair and equitable evaluation mechanisms,and build a new model of teachers and students based on people;society must also have corresponding measures,such as Improve economic status and improve the educational environment.
