Paying more attention to the development of all the students and changing course basis is one of course basic values among the standards of physics course. It emphasizes physics course in the Middle School should mainly aim at improving all the students' science quality, satisfying basic needs of every student's development, and improving the science quality of all the students.In the teaching of physics, for students, maybe some of them show special interest in operational practice and some knowledge ,but maybe they are not good at basic knowledge, for such students the teachers had better not limit their advantages and force them to learn what they are bad at. The teacher shouldn't take the step of limiting students' interest to make up for their basic knowledge. However, the teachers should take good care of their interests and curiosity, guide them to learn physics well by using hands and brain, and create opportunity for every student. Besides, the teachers should know the tasks which the students are undertaking and encourage them to discover problems, raise questions, make some suggestions and think of some ways .They also should make each student develop their advantages in different study activities.For teachers, they need to get some information about the students' learning in time, give different tasks and requests to different students andmake them form a good habit of thinking by studying some basic knowledge of physics, matain their curiosity to nature, develop their interests of exploring science, make them have the sense of satisfaction and excitement in the course of getting to know nature.How to face all the students and considering their differences in teaching? In our country, we have already made the teaching research achivement such as "Different teaching methods for different levels". "Collective teaching is main, dividable teaching is assistant". "Different steps teaching", "Group teaching". All of these provide precious experience for us to consider the students' differences in physics teaching and realize their comprehensive development.This article starts from senior physics teaching practice, analyses the present situation of different teaching research, explores how to face all the students and consider their differences in senior physics teaching. At the same time, I think the teachers should pay more attention to the feeling of students in physics teaching and the teaching methods should be flexible. Also, the teachers should try to find the teaching methods which fit the different students. This article also makes some suggestions on how to face all the students and consider their differences in senior physics teaching.
