The phenomenon of job burnout in the teachers' team has hindered the professional development of teachers.School young female teachers' job burnout tendencies bring serious realistic problem,to be late,leave early,absenteeism phenomenon occurs frequently,and even treat students indifference,roughly speaking,also BuFaJiLi corporal punishment or corporal punishment in disguised forms students,some teachers with all sorts of reason to refuse to accept the normal workload,others frequently take a long vacation,affect the normal teaching order,and,in turn,affects the sustainable development of the school;Research field,there are some drawbacks in teacher burnout theory system and rich,but empirical research is relatively insufficient,high school youth women no cause enough attention to the issue of teachers' job burnout,affect the development of individual life.Secondary school young female teachers' job burnout is a kind of a young female teachers in secondary school of continuing and negative,work-related state of the main characteristics of dry(dried up enthusiasm,burnout),accompanied by self-efficacy and motivation to reduce,the pain and gradually to the work of a constructive attitude and behavior.Rice paddies with changsha high school as the object to investigate,explore the present situation of secondary school young female teachers' job burnout,young women found that secondary school teachers' job burnout exists the level of job burnout among different age level level and performance characteristics have bigger difference.The reason is that the novice teacher is short of teaching,is in the professional adjustment period and the adjustment period,the work has the enthusiasm,but meets the setback easily the mood is out of control,the spirit is exhausted,the sense of achievement is low;Mature teachers' teaching experience,accumulated a certain education teaching experience,but with explicit promotion competition pressure from mature young female teachers mental tension,and finally deduce for job burnout;The job burnout of the expert teacher is relatively few and easy to be solved,and is usually caused by the transient weariness of the moment,or the "false ennui" of "pain and happiness".Young female teachers in middle school,on the basis of job burnout problem and reasons of the proposed resolution school young female teachers' job burnout strategy:in terms of passion ignited strategy,including a firm ideal faith enhancement of careeridentity,shaping sunshine mind enhancement work feeling,reasonable role expectation enhance self-regulation;In terms of energy promotion strategies,including the persistence of physical exercise to improve self-perception and self-confidence,and to obtain good social support to resolve the difficulties;In terms of professional achievement enhancement strategy,it includes improving the evaluation system multi-dimensional incentive to promote the professional growth of teachers and satisfying the multi-level needs of teachers to make teachers experience professional happiness.
