The collective preparation of teaching and research collectives is a teaching and research activity in the context of the new curriculum reform,in order to promote the professional quality of teachers,explore the laws of teaching,and promote the balance of education.The teaching and research consortium acts as a collaborative cooperation between schools and schools.A teaching and research model for mutual development and common development.The establishment of a teaching and research platform through the teaching and research consortium not only enables the sharing of resources,promotes the optimization and balance of educational resources,enhances teaching communication and exchange among schools,but also broadens the horizon of teachers and schools,promotes communication between teachers and teachers,and breaks down teachers.The work style of “combating individual soldiers” with the school has truly improved teachers' teaching ability and formed a joint force,which has laid a good foundation for improving the quality of teaching.With the development of collective preparation for teaching and research,the collective preparation for teaching and research is faced with many problems.The teachers' group lacks awareness of collective preparation for teaching and research.The school lacks effective institutional guarantees for the collective preparation for teaching and research,and the relevant authorities in the region There is no effective way to evaluate collective lesson preparation.In particular,under the background of the new curriculum reform,how to further promote the collective preparation for the teaching and research collective system to enable it to adapt to the new requirements of the teaching of the new period,under this background,this article focuses on the investigation and study of the collective teaching preparation for the primary school teaching and research consortium,and understands the way in which the primary school teaching and research consortium prepares for collective classes,the development process,and the current status of development,and finds out the existing problems.Through questionnaire surveys,interviews,and direct participation in regional collective lesson preparation,we learned that the teaching and research consortium collectively prepares for lessons and found some problems in specific operations.In light of the problems that emerged from the collective preparation for the teaching and research consortium,combined with practical experience,the teachers themselves,collective preparation for lessons,teaching and research culture,system construction,evaluation and feedback mechanism in-depth exploration of the reasons for the impact of regional collective lesson preparation.In response to the problems inthe collective preparation for teaching and research,we tried to put forward practical countermeasures from the teachers' ideological understanding and psychological cognition,collective preparation for lessons,teaching and research culture,system construction,evaluation and feedback mechanisms,combined with practical experience.To better play its positive role,integrate the schools,allow different levels of teachers to carry out ideological collisions,enable the sharing of knowledge,narrow the geographical gap and differences in teacher preparation,and improve teachers' professional quality and teaching standards.
