Research On The Interaction Mechanism Between Economic Growth And Women's Social Status Of Inner Mongolia

The social status of women in Inner Mongolia has aroused people's attention.As an indispensable group in social production and life,economic development has a close relationship with women's status.On the one hand,economic development provides fundamental impetus for improving women's status.On the other hand,the status of women has relative independence and the regularity of their own development and change.The improvement of women's status is conducive to economic development and social harmony and civilization.In contemporary China,women are not only the mainstay of the family,but also an important force for economic development.Attaching importance to the change of women's status and realizing gender equality are related to the coordinated development of the whole society and economyIn this paper,it is in the perspective of women's social status,to the economic development of Inner Mongolia and to study the mechanism of the interaction of women's social status,mainly from the education status,economic status,political status and marital status four dimensions were analyzed,and the use of interdisciplinary research methods,involving economics,sociology,marriage,etc.,combining the statistical results of questionnaire,the first of the Inner Mongolia region economy development present situation and the present situation of women's social status was analyzed,and found that Inner Mongolia region economy development scale increasing,the per capita income level enhances unceasingly,but economic growth gradually slowed,the widening income gap between urban and rural areas;However,the social status of women in Inner Mongolia shows an upward trend on the whole,but there are also some problems,such as a large gap between the two sexes in education level,employment discrimination,low consciousness of political participation and women's difficulty in balancing family and work.Through theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,there is a close relationship between economic growth and women's social status in Inner Mongolia,which influences,promotes and restricts each other.Women on the one hand,economic growth will increase the education investment,improve the female employment environment,improve women's political participation also helps to family stability,on the other hand women can provide higher quality of labor force,increase consumption,develop the political talents of women and improve women marriage decision-making methods such as promoting economic development level.Therefore,they complement and influence each other.According to the research finally puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions,should strengthen the consciousness of women from education idea,increase human capital investment of women,promote women's employment skills,improve women's political participation,and change the traditional gender concept,perfecting the protection of women's rights in order to improve women's social status,and ultimately promote economic growth.
