Through in-depth interviews with eight new middle school political teachers,this paper sorts out the multifaceted factors of the promotion and hindrance of professional identity in the process of professional identity in the process of professional identity,and explores the process of professional identity of new political teachers in secondary schools.The research object of this study is the political teacher who has been employed for three years.The author mainly focuses on the “expectation” stage before the entry,the “taste” stage at the beginning of the job,and the “difference” stage of the initial professional identity.The process of professional identity is presented.After combing and analyzing the original materials,it is found that,first of all,the individual teachers in the new occupation period,due to their different personal factors,the professional identity process also has great differences,the study career,personal personality hobbies,employment survival crisis,family thrust Promote or hinder the role;Secondly,a better organizational environment plays an important role in promoting the professional identity of new political teachers.It includes not only the relationship between teachers and colleagues,the relationship between teachers and relevant leaders,school management and class teacher affairs.The focus of the entry of political teachers;Thirdly,in the process of professional identification,new teachers are mostly self-adjusted to obtain self-rationalization of teachers' professional identity;Finally,the political discipline has certain academic characteristics in the construction of professional identity,and plays an important role in the process of professional identification of political teachers in newly recruited middle schools.
