Discipline key competency is the performance of-core literacy in specific disciplines.The the key competency of the discipline clearly defines the educational value of the specific discipline.Cultivating students' core literacy is an important measure to help students integrate into the future society.Cultivating the key competency of students 1 discipline and the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers are mutually reinforcing relations.On the one hand,cultivating students'key competency is the inevitable requirement of the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers,on the other hand,the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers is a powerful driving force to promote the cultivation of-students'key competency.To correctly understand the relationship between cultivating students'core accomplishment and teachers'professional development is to construct a new type of teacher-student relationship by cultivating the core accomplishment of students'subject as the foothold.At present,cultivating students'key competency of discipline puts forward new requirements for the professional development of'high school ideological and political teachers.First,cultivating high school students with faith requires accurately grasping the political attributes of the course of thought and administration,carefully cultivatincg high political theoretical accomplishment,earnestly strengthening the ability to criticize the wrong trend of thought and widely accumulating experience in political lif'e,so as to improve the political identity of high school ideological and political teachers;Second,the cultivation of ideal high school students requires strengthening the ability to adapt to reform,adhering to people's feelings,enhancing reflective teaching ability and cultivating dynamic creative vitality,so as to scientifically cultivate the scientific spirit of high school ideological and political teachers;Third,the cultivation of dignified high school students requires the formulation of a plan to train the rule of law literacy,innovative methods of-carrying out rule of law education,guiding the establishment of a firm spiritual belief in the rule of law and building a harmonious society,so as to cultivate the rule of law of high school ideological and political teachers;Four,cultivating committed high school students requires enhancing the willingness of public participation,accumulating knowledge of public participation,enhancing the ability to implement activity courses and improving the ability of public participation,so as to achieve the promotion of public participation literacy of high school ideological and political teachers.However,there are still some aspects that are not suitable for the prof-essional development of high school ideological and political teachers,and it is difficult to cultivate students'ability of political identity to be improved,to cultivate students'scientific and spiritual Foundation,to cultivate students'conscious,ness of rule of law,to create and to cultivate students'ability of public participation to be hammered.The main reasons for this are the slow updating of professional concepts,the lack of professional knowledge reserves and the inability to meet new requirements.In order to effectively promote the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers,teachers themselves should form scientific and reasonable professional cognition and enhance the implementation ability of activity-oriented courses.External support forces should not only give full play to the role of peer mutual assistance organizations in order to achieve the common development of high school ideological and political teachers,but also support the improvement of the learning system,In order to optimize the knowledge structure of high school ideological and political teachers.
