Research On The Embedding Of Professional Social Work Into Rural Communities

China's social work history is short,and its development is still immature,and social work is mostly applied to urban problems.Rural social work is relatively weak.Not only is there no comprehensive urban social work,but rural areas do not have enough knowledge of social work.Most of the data show that professional social work involves rural direct access,and a complete urban institution directly enters the service area.The traditional rural community service system relies too much on the administrative path because it is difficult to accept professional social work.Exclusivity,and after completing the service project,the organization will withdraw from the whole,which may cause secondary damage.The Z social work firm studied in this paper is the leader of the community under the guidance of the government.It is led by the social security organization and the village committee.It avoids the exclusivity of the village committee to the outside world.The resistance of the people,clarify the roles of all parties,work together to complete the service projects of rural communities,and form a joint force for the construction of villages.In this study,qualitative research methods were used to collect data from semi-structured interviews with Y villagers and party branch secretaries,and Z social workers' first-line social workers,service personnel,and volunteers.Pay attention to the overall situation of professional social work embedded in rural areas,with the self-acceptance of community leaders,the empowerment of vulnerable groups and community organizations,and the integration of multi-party resources as embedded strategies,embedded in the three aspects of relationships,services and ideas.The village embeds the entire embedding process from the shallow form to the deep substantive embedding,and then proposes the model features of the professional social work of community leaders leading construction,endogenous development and village-society cooperation embedded in Y village.This paper mainly takes the internship experience of Z social work firm in Y Village as an example,and uses the theoretical basis of embedded theory to explore the locality more suitable for rural social work from the aspects of embedded content,embedded strategy,embedding process and embedded effect.The development model provides practical experience for embedded social work and rural social work,and provides working methods for follow-up rural practice research.
