A Study On The Psychological Status Of Middle School Students And The Intervention Path Of Social Workers

Based on the theory of psychological status in the theory of interpersonal communication,this study combines quantitative and qualitative research to analyze the status quo of adolescents' psychological status,and puts forward the intervention path of social workers for different types of psychological status,which is verified by intervention counseling of individual cases.It enriches the research connotation of the theory of psychological status,innovates the methods of social work practice in the field of juvenile social work,and adds new research perspectives and ideas to the field of social work.The analysis of the status quo of adolescents' psychological status shows that adolescents' psychological status tends to be healthy on the whole,and there are significant differences in the status of adolescents' psychological status among different grades.There are three ways to intervene:Intervention path 1: from "I+,U-" to "I+,U+" change.Intervention path 2: from "I-,U+" to "I+,U+".Intervention path three: from "I-,U-" to "I+,U+" change.Path 3 contains two transitional possibilities: the transition from "I-,U-" to "I+,U-";the transition from "I-,U-" to "I-,U+".The three operation methods of intervention path are repetitive path one and path two.Through investigation and research and verification of intervention path,it is concluded that the overall psychological status of middle school students in our country is in a good positive psychological status quadrant,but there are also three other types of psychological status.In view of these three kinds of deviations,three intervention paths are put forward.The intervention path focuses on improving the interpersonal network centered on the case owner and improving the cognition of others.Pre-path two focuses on the improvement of self-esteem centered on the case owner to improve self-perception;intervention path three is to change self-perception and other people's perception at the same time.From the perspective of psychological status,the research on the intervention path of social workers is effective and feasible through the comparison of pre-test and post-test.
