Study On Employability Of Students Majoring In Pharmaceutical Business And Management In Guangxi Higher Vocational Colleges

With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the rapid development of medical and health undertakings and the arrival of the tide of population aging,people's awareness of their own health has been rapidly enhanced,and the requirements for the quality of medical and health services have been continuously improved.Thus,the standards for medical practitioners in terms of vocational skills and professional qualities are much stricter than before.Therefore,as "medicine + marketing + management" three-in-one inter-disciplinary talents,the employment situation of students majoring in pharmaceutical business and management in higher vocational colleges has changed.They have encountered new difficulties in their employment.The root cause of the employment problem is that the current students' employability is insufficient.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the employability of students so as to meet the needs of the current pharmaceutical labor market.In this study,the students,majoring in pharmaceutical business and management in Guangxi higher vocational colleges,were taken as the research object.And the employability of these students is about to be explored on the research.Firstly,this study reviews the relevant research on employability at home and abroad,and explains the theory of employability.And then,from a theoretical perspective,this study analyses the factors that restrict the cultivation of students' employability.Secondly,by using the method of questionnaire survey,this study gives out two questionnaires respectively to students and the graduates' employers,and then obtains effective sample data at above two groups and uses SPSS to analyze the questionnaire data,so as to deeply analyze the current situation of students' employability.Thirdly,combined with the above survey results,the study analyzes the existing problems and the causes on the cultivation of students' employability,and then puts forward the holistic countermeasures and suggestions to improve the students' employability from the four dimensions of government,society,schools and students.
