At present,with the rapid development of society economic and educational science and technology,to improve teachers' quality and renew teaching knowledge has become a very urgent problem in basic education.Teacher training,as an important approach to teachers' professional development,plays an important role in teachers' professional spirit and teaching ability.In recent years,the state has increased its investment in teacher training in primary and secondary schools,and teacher training has gradually entered the public's perspective.However,due to the lack of sufficient attention to teacher development in the training development,the needs of teachers for training are ignored.Therefore,the needs of teachers can not be met,and there is a problem that the training can not meet the expectations effectiveness and the training effectiveness is low.In order to improve the professional development and training effectiveness of HD primary school teachers,it is necessary to investigate the training needs of HD teachers.This study focuses on teachers training needs in HD primary School,using questionnaire,interview and literature methods.The first chapter of the paper mainly introduces how to implement this article and what method to adopt,defines the concept of "training needs" and "teacher training needs",and summarizes the contents of related fields.The second chapter of the paper describes the participation of HD primary teachers in training,and clarifies the needs teachers in term of training content,method,purpose,assessment,trainer and time.The third chapter mainly discusses the characteristics of the training needs of teachers.The main manifestations are that the training content needs to be practical,Training approach needs to focus on practice,the training pays attention to internal promotion and Training assessment needs mainly in practice form.Trainers demand tend to have teaching experience and Training time needs focus on after-school hours.Last part gives make recommendations for improvement:teachers should strengthen self-study;make rational use of resources and right?reasonable exercise of rights;take the initiative to control the voice?the rationalization of training motivation;changing the concept of training?correct view of training assessment,maximizing its role?strengthen self-reflection and rational arrangement of time.
