Technical pressure means that when someone use of technology dealing with work tasks(such as mobile phones,computers,various social and information processing softwares such as QQ and WeChat groups),resulting in a series of negative reaction about physiological and psychological aspects.As a high pressure group,the pressure of teachers may increase when they are in the face of various information technologies.Studies have shown that technical stress can lead to headaches,let somebody lack of empathy,and reduced productivity.This paper refers to the technical pressure of middle school teachers to explore the technical pressure level of middle school teachers and give some suggestions.The study selected more than 200 middle school teachers from three schools in Tianjin,and their technical stress level was investigated by questionnaire.One is "Teacher’ s Technical Stress Scale" writed by Du hua and "Teacher Information Technology Application Status Questionnaire which write by me.It analysed the pressure of teachers’ from the aspects of gender,age,educational level,marital status,teaching years.Last,the paper give some targeted suggestions.The results show that:1.The pressures’ level of secondary school teachers are higher than the theoretical average in terms of technical load,technical intrusion,and technical complexity.2.There is no significant difference of technical pressure in terms of gender and the number of teaching grades;There are significant differences in age,teaching years,professional titles,academic qualifications,marital status,and whether they are headmasters.3.In the survey of teachers ’ information technology application satus,the use of information technology in non-working hours to process work i nformation and the updating of technology in teaching are lower than the theoretical average,and the use of information technology in teaching i s higher than the theoretical average.Research conclusions:1.The pressure of secondary school teachers on information technology is obvious;The pressure level increases with age,position,and teaching years;The lower the level of education,the higher the level of technical pressure;The technical pressure of married and homeroom teachers is higher than that of unmarried and non-homeroom teachers.2.The slower the use of information technology in non-working hours for the processing of work and the updating of technology in teaching,the greater the technical pressure on teachers.
