With the continuous development of mobile Internet information technology and the wide application of smart phones,teachers working in the frontline all over the country are actively trying to change the traditional exam-oriented education to quality education and apply information technology in classroom teaching."Rain" class is arises at the historic moment under the background of this product,it is online education,tsinghua university and school online jointly developed a teaching tool,to promote the teaching way changes,close the distance between teachers and students,teachers with rain classroom teaching interaction,exert the principal role of students,improve teaching quality,create a harmonious brisk creative class.This paper takes the basketball class of tianjin xinhua middle school as the practice object,and adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,action research and interview to carry out the teaching design and practice of the high school physical education class under the rain.After reading a lot of literature and studying the function of rain classroom,this paper tries to apply rain classroom in high school physical education classroom teaching to understand the learning status of high school physical education students and conduct teaching according to the actual situation of students.As physical education is a course based on physical exercise,most of the class hours are mainly outdoor practice classes,which is different from other subjects learned in middle school,so part of the application of "rain class" is carried out.The teaching activities are mainly assisted by the data-driven and real-time feedback before and after class.The project-based teaching method is adopted in the class to carry out group teaching,and students show and evaluate each other.This research is based on the rain classroom,carries on the teaching design to the high school physical education class basketball project,to the teaching class,carries on three rounds of teaching practice,each round of research all previous round of practice is the basis,can'ies on the reflection and the improvement to the classroom discovered question,revises the teaching design unceasingly.Interview the students,intuitively understand the students' attitude to rain classroom learning,analyze the situation of students in the classroom,and constantly improve the teaching process in practice.Come to the following conclusion:(1)It is the first time for high school students to use the "rain classroom"intelligent teaching platform for independent learning in physical education courses.90%of the students said that they accept the use of rain classroom for teaching and can quickly adapt to the rain classroom teaching mode,so that students can learn independently.(2)In the process of teaching,the students who have studied in advance perform better in class than those who have not studied in advance.Project teaching method can better promote the interaction between teachers and students and form cooperative inquiry classroom.The combination of online and offline teaching mode can effectively improve the effect of physical education classroom teaching.(3)Rain classroom has changed the traditional teaching mode,enabling students to pay attention to the independent learning of physical education,improve students' independent thinking ability,innovate while thinking,and cultivate innovative consciousness.lt has effectively changed students' learning mode of PE class.(4)teachers make use of the background data of rain class to carry out teaching design and modification in a planned way according to the actual situation of students.After class,teachers should reflect and evaluate themselves constantly,and improve the teaching process in the process of reflection and evaluation,so as to effectively improve the teaching quality of physical education.(5)there are individual differences among students,a small number of students do not pay enough attention to physical education,from the ideological point of view,physical education and other minor courses are not important,spare time will focus on the main course learning.
