With the development of new curriculum reform,new teaching methods and means are constantly emerging.Virtual situational teaching method is one of them.In 2004,xia huihui first applied the virtual situational teaching method in the middle school history class.Since the virtual situational teaching method appeared in the middle school classroom,it has been accompanied by the voice of controversy.Some people think that the virtual situational teaching method is vivid and interesting,which is helpful to cultivate students' historical imagination ability and stimulate their interest in learning.Some people also think that the virtual situational teaching method violates the authenticity of the history discipline and easily leads to the misleading of students.In the midst of controversy,virtual situational teaching methods have appeared more and more in the history teaching of middle schools for 15 years,and are welcomed by middle school teachers and students.Of course,virtual situational teaching is not a panacea.In the process of practical application,there are also some problems,such as form is greater than content,overgeneralization and so on.But it is undeniable that the application of virtual situational teaching method makes history classroom full of vigor and vitality.This is exactly what the new curriculum reform advocates.As practitioners of the new curriculum,history teachers should be open to new teaching methods and ideas.At the same time,history teachers should take the initiative to study and practice,try their best to avoid the problems caused by the virtual situation teaching,so that the virtual situation teaching method can better serve the history teaching.This study will be analyzed from the following five aspects:Firstly,it is the research summary of virtual situational teaching method,introducing the research status of virtual situational teaching method at home and abroad,and analyzing the related concepts of virtual situational teaching.The second part is to analyze the feasibility of applying virtual situational teaching method to middle school history teaching,mainly from three aspects:theoretical basis,realistic basis and teaching significance.The third part is about the use of virtual situational teaching methods in the history teaching of middle school around questionnaires,interviews and related typical cases.On the basis of the analysis of the status quo,the fourth part summarizes the problems in the application of the virtual situation teaching method in history teaching.The fifth aspect is based on the results of the above analysis,trying to put forward the application strategy of the virtual situation teaching method,mainly from the three principles that should be followed,implementation recommendations,and matters needing attention.I hope to make a small contribution to the research and application of virtual situation teaching method.
