As people focus on education problems,classroom management problems begin to emerge.For art teachers,classroom management is a difficult test,the teacher in class carefully designed teaching often because of the classroom order cannot go smoothly,teachers often think a lot of time involved in classroom management,regular old classroom management mode,has been difficult to adapt to the change and development of the society and students today.The management of the art classroom in primary school is all the management activities for teachers to ensure the smooth progress of the art classroom activities in primary school,on the premise of completing the art teaching objectives,through coordinating interpersonal relationships,maintaining the operation safety of art materials,improving the art characteristic teaching environment,establishing the rules of art classroom,and guiding students to effectively learn.The research on the efficiency enhancement of primary school's art classroom management is a research on the efficiency enhancement of primary school's art classroom management.It is very necessary to conduct the research on the efficiency enhancement of primary school's art classroom management.Therefore,it is particularly important to find more effective measures for primary school's art classroom management.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire survey,interview and case observation,this paper summarizes the main problems in the art class of Bayi primary school,namely,the lack of advanced classroom management the lagging cultivation of students' awareness of rules,and the awkward positioning Settings of art class.In order to solve these problems,the following five effective measures are proposed in this paper:physical environment setting up effective classroom management;psychological environment creating efficient classroom management;establishing fine art classroom rules;improving approaches of fine art teachers' management ability;coordination between art teachers and class teachers and parents.These measures were integrated into the art classroom of Bayi primary school for practical testing,and good results and feedback were achieved.
