This paper starts with the existing problems in primary school classroom management,and analyzes the causes of the problems according to the actual situation in our country,and puts forward some suggestions to perfect the primary school classroom management.Aiming at causing the high attention and more in-dept understanding of primary school teachers,school administrators and Educational Administration Departments to primary school classroom management problems,as well as offering reference countermeasures for them to improve the primary school classroom management.This study is divided into four parts.The first part discusses the topic reasons,and the purpose,the meaning,the ideas and the methods of the study.With the literature review related to primary school classroom management,such as the definition of classroom management,classroom management and primary school classroom management,it shows that the number of primary school classroom management research is relatively small,and basically remains in the behavioral level.Meanwhile,it presents the necessity of in-dept study on the levels of concept,system and behavior for the primary school management.In the second part,the problem of classroom management in primary school is presented from three aspects: concept,system and behavior.First of all,at the concept level,to pursuit of quiet and tidy on management standard,to pursuit of strict management style and compact management pace.Secondly,it presents the problem of the system level,which is autocratic development,harsh implementation and confusion evaluation on primary school classroom management system.Finally,it present the problem of management behavior,such as classroom environment management,classroom teaching management and classroom problem behavior management.The third part analyzes the key factors causing the problem,including our country's obsolete ideas,the restriction of the bad environment and the teacher's factor.First of all,Three Outline cultural concept of residual,the educational concept ofteacher dignity and the management concept of controlling,for the obsolete ideas analysis.Secondly,the utilitarian social environment and the bureaucratic school organization environment,for the analysis of the restriction of the bad environment.Finally,the teacher's insufficient classroom management knowledge and ability,for teacher's factor analysis.The fourth part puts forward some suggestions to improve the primary school classroom management.First of all,change the concept of primary school classroom management,including the static and orderly management standards,the democratic management style and proper management pace.Secondly,improve the primary school classroom management system,including formulating the system scientifically and democratically,carrying out the system strict but flexible,and with standard system evaluation.Finally,improving classroom management behavior,including the improvement of classroom environment management,classroom teaching management,and class problem behavior management.
