With the rapid development of communication technology and information technology,the governments have higher expectations for education informationization and the construction of education resources.Ningxia Education Resource Public Service Platform,as the provincial resource platform of Ningxia,whether the teaching resources on it can adapt to the elementary and secondary educations has come into a focus.Therefore,it is worthwhile to investigate,analyze and evaluate the current situation and existing problems of the adaptability of the platform to elementary and secondary education,as well as to put forward the development strategies pertinently.Firstly,by using document investigation method combined with investigation and study,this study constructs a framework of the adaptability of the teaching resources on Ningxia Education Cloud Platform to elementary and secondary educations,which includes three dimensions:the appropriateness of the teaching resources on the platform to the teaching content,the satisfaction of teachers to the teaching resources on the platform and the satisfaction of students to the teaching resources on the platform.Secondly,by using methods like questionnaires and interviews,the study investigates the problems existing in the adaptability of the teaching resources on Ningxia Education Cloud Platform to elementary and secondary educations from three dimensions,which are listed as follows:the platform fails to precisely post resources;teachers fail to make full use of the teaching resources on the platform;the teaching resources on the platform are unevenly distributed;the teaching resources on the platform are of poor quality;the tenninal problems of students have become an obstacle to obtain the teaching resources on the platform;the renewal of the teaching resources on the platform is slow,and so on.To solve the problems,this study makes a further analysis on the reasons behind,which are listed as follows:there are defects in the management of the teaching resources on the platform;principals themselves have inadequate understanding of the teaching resources on the platform;there is a lack of active support from teachers for the construction of the resources on the platform;parents' support and informationization conditions influence students' utilization of the resources,etc.In view of the reasons above,this paper puts forward some strategies to improve the adaptability of teaching resources on Ningxia Education Cloud Platform to elementary and secondary educations:to establish a comprehensive mechanism for resource uploading,auditing,evaluating and clean-up;to strengthen principals' awareness of informationization and promote resource sharing;to make related strategies to promote teachers' active construction and use of the resources on this platform;to create informationization environment to increase students'utilization of the resources.
