The introduction of the "21st Century Student Development Core Literacy" framework system has put forward new requirements and new challenges for China's education and teaching reform in the new era.It is required to establish the core literacy system of each discipline in each learning stage based on the characteristics and educational goals of various disciplines in basic education.At present,the core literacy structure system for students at the national level has been established,and the core literacy structure of the normal high schools has been determined.However,at the national level,the core literacy system of each discipline in the compulsory education stage has not yet been formally established.The core literacy of primary school Chinese is an important part of the core literacy system for Chinese students.It is a problem worthy of attention and consideration in the current process of continuous promotion and development of basic education curriculum reform.In the current research,the research on the core literacy of Chinese is quite fruitful,but it has little interest in the core literacy of the primary school Chinese discipline.What is the core literacy of the primary school Chinese discipline,why should we develop the core literacy of the primary school Chinese discipline,what are the influencing factors in the formation and development process,and how to cultivate and implement the Chinese education teaching practice?It is an issue that needs to be considered and resolved at present to effectively promote the reform and development of the teaching of Chinese courses in primary schools.This study is based on existing research and attempts to answer the above questions.The main body of the thesis has the following four parts.The first part:Exploring the core literacy of the development of primary school Chinese discipline.It analyzes the limitations and shortcomings of the curriculum teaching concept of the characteristics-oriented Chinese teaching,and points out that the "Chinese literacy" leads to the"universal generalization" literacy and the "big Chinese" literacy problem,and clarifies the three pairs of relationships under the core literacy perspective,from three levels.This paper analyzes the value orientation of the core literacy of primary school Chinese discipline in education and teaching.Through the excavation of this part,the historical necessity and practical progress of developing the core literacy of the primary school Chinese discipline are obtained.The second part:constructing the structural system of the core literacy of the primary school Chinese discipline.Analyze the profound meaning of the core literacy of the primary school Chinese discipline,clarify the basis for the core literacy of the primary school Chinese discipline,clarify the construction path of the core literacy system of the primary school Chinese discipline,identify the constituent elements of the core literacy of the primary school Chinese discipline,and determine the core literacy of the primary school Chinese discipline's structural system.Through the discussion in this part,the structural system characteristics of the "one body"(cultural foundation)"two wings"(independent development,social participation)of the core literacy of the primary school Chinese discipline are obtained.The three aspects are mutually influential and mutually reinforcing.The third part:Analyze the formation mechanism of the core literacy of the primary school Chinese discipline.It is concluded that primary school Chinese subject knowledge,subject activities,subject teachers,and subject evaluation are the main mechanisms for the formation of core literacy in primary school Chinese discipline.The fourth part:explores the possible way to cultivate and implement the core literacy of the primary school Chinese discipline.The system of "establishing the goal-exploring the path-organizing implementation-evaluation guarantee" is a dynamic and complete implementation system for the core literacy training of primary school Chinese discipline.
