Teacher quality affects the education quality, under the background of the curriculum reform, giving the teacher in-service training has realistic significance. Teacher in-service training is an important part of teacher education, accounting teacher’s profession developing cannot do without the high quality in-service training. Curriculum is the core of school education; in general, accounting teachers has mastered the relevant professional knowledge and skills, and then has a relatively rich experience in the teaching practice. The development of curriculum promote them to further enrich their professional theory and professional quality and professional ability, then react to practice in reality. At the same time, raising the accounting specialty teacher’s quality contributes to the whole quality of the vocational education.At present, our country short of the construction of the teachers’ specialization in secondary vocational accounting specialty, the main reason is that the accounting specialty in secondary vocational school teachers’ in-service education and training does not meet the quality requirements. There are many needed improvement on the training policy, the methods, the content and management. Vocational school teachers’in-service education and training have not completely established independent training system. In view of these problems, it is necessary to establish the sound system of secondary vocational school teachers’ in-service education and training and adopt the strategy is applicable to the accounting specialty in secondary vocational school in-service teacher training and curriculum development.This paper based on the problem and strategy consideration of accounting specialty in secondary vocational school in-service teacher education and curriculum development, mainly based on the training curriculum development to meet the characteristics and needs of the accounting specialty. Based on investigation and literature research, solving the problem in the teaching process for the curriculum content, curriculum evaluation of secondary vocational school accounting specialty teacher. Based on these problems, it requires to change the course consciousness, according to training needs to set the curriculum goal, using a variety of methods in the curriculum implement, using the diverse curriculum evaluation. The purpose is to reflect the characteristics and needs of the accounting profession education, clearly realizing accounting problems in professional training to lay a good foundation for the curriculum development system.
