Happiness is a lasting topic through the development process of human history,it's the meaning of life.Under the background which the construction of rural teachers is more received recognition increasingly,the living status of rural teachers is more attracted,study the topic about rural teachers' happiness has practical significance,which is valued for promote the development of student's growth,increase the level of rural teachers' happiness and improve rural education quality.How to enhance teachers' happiness is the core question,choose Y town as research sample,and get primary data through questionnaire method,observational method and interviewing method.Twenty-eight teachers were interviewed by researcher,one hundred and thirty-six teachers as subjects of the questionnaire survey.The results show that,on the whole,rural primary school teachers' well-being is in the middle-level,with the characteristics of hierarchy,development,interactivity,integrity,relativity.In addition to this,it contains common elements such as physical health,student growth,personal progress,family support.The research found that rural primary school teachers' well-being has some common elements,but for different teachers,the core happiness points that they care most about are different.On the basis of this,researcher divide the happiness of rural primary school teachers into the following six types: professional love,teaching achievement,external recognition,students' grow,comprehensive balance,natural type.Different types of happiness have their own typical characteristics,and are closely related to teachers' professional outlook,personal pursuit and life experience.From the realistic point of view,research different from subject classification,the study divides the factors of teachers' professional well-being into positive factors,negative factors and other factors according to the influence nature of factors.The positive factors to increase happiness mainly include the growth of students' life,thedevelopment of teacher,the strong support of family members,the comfortable working environment and the appropriate psychological adjustment mechanism.The negative factors of reducing happiness mainly include low economic income,low level of treatment,increased proportion of non-"teaching" work,high pressure on promotion of professional title,conflict between work and family,and insufficient support from students' parents.Beyond that,teacher's physical quality,social support,goal management and leisure activities also have important impact,the positive effects of these factors will be beneficial to the promotion of well-being,on the contrary,it hinders happiness.On the basis of factor analysis,taking into account the common and individual elements of rural primary school teachers' occupational well-being,following the principles of continuity and coordination,this paper explores the personal,school and social paths to improve the occupational well-being of rural primary school teachers.Among them,the personal path mainly includes maintaining healthy physical quality,realizing individual sustainable development,cultivating goal ability,keeping balance between work and family,and cultivating good mentality.The school path includes humanistic atmosphere of school management,harmonious cultural atmosphere,strong promotion of teachers' development,formation of developmental teacher evaluation mechanism and active construction of communication platform between home and school;The main social path includes increasing teachers' income,establishing positive and objective orientation of media opinion,"adapting to local conditions" of educational policy,and enhancing parents' school support.
