The ultimate goal of education is to pursue happiness.Good education is to cultivate students' happiness,happiness and lifelong happiness.Suhomlinski pointed out that "the task of the school is not only to impart the knowledge required for the work of the students,to meet the requirements of social activities,but also to give everyone spiritual happiness." In the teaching industry,without the happiness of teachers,there is no The happiness of the students;there are no happy teachers without happy teachers.On August 24,2009,the “Regulations for the Work of Class Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools” issued by the education department clearly emphasized that the class teacher,as an important subject of political education and student management in primary and secondary schools,is the guide for the future development of primary and secondary school students.Primary school students develop in the right direction.In the process of primary school teaching,the degree of recognition and trust of students to the class teacher is much greater than that of others.Professor Huang Zhengping from the Jiangsu Academy of Sciences said: "Only a happy class teacher will care for the happiness of the students and cultivate a happy student." It can be seen that the happiness of the students is closely related to the happiness of the class teacher.This study combines literature research and questionnaires to take the happiness of the primary school class teacher in Shenzhen as the research object,analyzes the actual situation of happiness and the shortcomings,and strives to make suggestions for solving the problem.The research results show that the primary school class teacher in Shenzhen has a general sense of professional well-being.The professional happiness of primary school class teachers has differences in academic qualifications and professional titles.Well-being is related to self-factors,school environment,social support and salary.In view of the above problems,this article points out the channels to improve teachers' happiness,from the individual level,the school level,the student level and the parent level,and gives corresponding suggestions.
