Classroom management is the guarantee for the smooth progress of teaching.Classroom management has two basic functions.One is the tool function,that is,it affects the quality of teaching,and it is the premise of good classroom teaching.The second is the ontological function,that is,the effect,behavior and style of teachers'classroom management exert a subtle influence on students'personality and quality development.A teacher should not only master all kinds of knowledge and teaching skills required by teaching,but also be good at classroom management.However,the current situation of classroom management in primary schools in China is not optimistic,and there are many violations of educational ethics.As a relatively new idea of regulating interpersonal relations,caring ethics has great implications for building good classroom interpersonal relations and solving ethical problems in primary school classroom management.In this paper,the author investigates the classroom management status of three classes in a primary school in Wuhan.This paper analyzes the reasons for the violation of ethics in the current classroom management,and puts forward countermeasures to improve the classroom management of primary school teachers in combination with the caring ethics of Nel Noddings.It is hoped that this study can help elementary school teachers in China to enhance their ethical awareness of classroom management and their ability of ethical care in classroom management.This paper is mainly divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction.The author first analyzes the or:igin of this study.The origin of the research question of this paper lies in:primary school classroom management has a significant impact on students'physical and mental health development.However,the current situation of primary school classroom management in China is not optimistic,and violations of educational ethical principles are emerging in an endless stream.As one of the most influential ethics theories in the world,caring ethics has a unique enlightening significance for classroom management.Based on this,the author hopes to study the primary school classroom management and put forward countermeasures based on my own understanding of caring ethics.Secondly,the author introduces the significance of this study.Theoretically,this study is helpful to make up for the theoretical deficiency in the study of primary school classroom management from the perspective of ethics in China.From a practical sense,this study is helpful for promoting the physical and mental health development of primary school students,promoting the professional development of teachers,building a good teacher-student relationship and building a harmonious classroom environment.Thirdly,this paper discusses the application of classroom management,caring ethics in the field of education and the research status of teaching ethics at home and abroad.Finally,the author discusses the main research methods of this study:classroom observation,interview and literature analysis.The second part is"the connotation and value of classroom management".Firstly,the concept and category of classroom management are discussed.In this paper,classroom management is defined as a process in which teachers and students follow certain rules in classroom teaching,coordinate various factors affecting classroom teaching and their relations,create an environment conducive to students' participation in classroom activities,improve teaching efficiency and promote students1 development.Secondly,the classification of classroom management is discussed.Classroom management includes explicit classroom management and implicit classroom management.Finally,the ontological value and instrumental value of classroom management are discussed.The third part is"the ethical problems and reasons of current primary school classroom management".First of all,this paper discusses the ethical issues in the current primary school classroom management in China.These are the main problems:students'learning happiness is not strong;the principle ofjustice is undermined;lack of individual care for students;the imbalance between freedom and restraint;contempt for the dignity of students Secondly,the reasons for ethical problems in classroom management in primary schools are analyzed.The reasons mainly include four aspects:first,teacher education lacks special classroom management training;second,there is insufficient emphasis on educational ethics in teacher education;third,teachers do not have a clear understanding of the nature of classroom management,classroom management as a one-way control of teachers;Fourth,teachers' educational ethical will is not firm,easy to be assimilated by the traditional classroom management view.The fourth part is"care ethics and suitability analysis of its integrated into the classroom management".The author first summarizes the development of caring ethics and its core contents.The core contents of caring ethics include:emphasize that"people are the purpose";pay attention to the establishment of caring relationship;value the power of emotions;embrace the complexity of the situation;practice is the fundamental orientation.Then it discusses the suitability of caring ethics in the current primary school classroom management,which is mainly reflected in the following aspects:Caring ethics is most suitable for dealing with interpersonal relationship in education;Caring ethics conforms to the physical and mental development characteristics of primary school students;It is realistic to integrate caring ethics into primary school classroom management.The fifth part is "the ethical categories and principles of caring ethics in primary school classroom management of China".According to the related writings of Noddings,the basic categories of ethics and the practice of primary school classroom management,the author abstracts the ethical categories of caring ethics in primary school classroom management.These categories mainly include five aspects:happiness,justice,dignity,conscience and responsibility.The main principles are:the principle of humanitarianism,the principle of combining fairness with individual attention,the principle of the unity of freedom and restraint,and the principle of the combination of respect and demand.The sixth part is"primary school classroom management countermeasures based on caring ethics".Based on the ethical problems existing in the current primary school classroom management in China,the countermeasures proposed from the perspective of caring ethics mainly include four aspects:First,establish the concept of caring classroom management.Second,build caring relationships.Third,the implementation of people-oriented classroom management.Fourthly,cultivate students'quality of caring.The seventh part is"the deficiency of the research".In this part,the author reflects on the deficiencies of this study.Firstly,due to the small number of samples in this study,the representative of this study may be affected to some extent.Secondly,due to the limited academic level of the author,the theoretical depth of this study is relatively lacking,and the ethical categories and principles of caring ethics in primary school classroom management also need to be further thought.
