Along with the further development of the urbanization in H province,a great number of floating population has added into the city.As a result of the improvement of living condition,people's demand of high quality education has increased,but there is a large gap between what people need and what they have in H province now.In the process of urbanization,the pressure on schools of Compulsory Education Period was greater and greater,which caused a rapid increase in class size.The formation of large classes is not only due to the impact of population expansion,but also from the catastrophic effects of the unreasonable adjustment of some schools.The emergence of the "large-scale class" model has brought more than just a change in the educational model to the society in the process of rapid development.It has more influence on the continuous advancement of education fairness in the whole society.This study includes five modules.The first module contains the background of the study,the purpose of the study,and the design of the study.In the module of study method,literature method and the questionnaire interview are mainly used.The second module,base on the application of the educational equity theory,the survey is carried out to obtain the statistics in primary school H,city D.And module three,module four.In the survey of the primary school H,the author found that the main reasons for the large scale of class in H primary school are the subjective influence of parents and the difficulty of urban planning and transformation in city D.And the fifth module,in view of the dilemma faced by the primary school H,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of government,school and society,and hopes that this study can find a feasible solution to the dilemma of large scale class in primary school H,city D.
