Social Workers' Intervention In Cultural Governance Of Village-to-Residence Community

Along with the development of China's urbanization process,the "village change"community came into being,and the birth of the "village change"community was the result of the role played by the government,the development needs of farmers,and the social forces."Village changed" "Community is a transitional community from village to town to urban community transformation.On the surface,the"village change"changes only the peasant's household registration and property rights system.In fact,the "village change" has brought about tremendous changes in the distribution of the peasants'vital interests and the governance pattern.The "village change" community governance is one of the important measures for urban integration,so the effect of governance is very important.Starting from cultural governance,this paper explores and develops a large number of cultural forms deep in the folk,and creates a community culture that meets the aesthetic needs of the masses,and makes the community residents more cohesive.This paper studies the practical path of social workers' involvement in community social and cultural governance.Community workers play a professional role in promoting community governance and are committed to the inheritance of community culture.This paper summarizes the research results of predecessors and scholars on"social co-governance","creating the overall social structure of co-construction,sharing and governance"and "social governance",and draws a common conclusion:social workers participate in the process of community cultural governance Come,can effectively promote the construction of community culture.This paper takes the "Chinese embroidery Culture Management Alliance"project of Jiangxinyuan Community as the research object,and analyzes the development dilemma of community associations through literature analysis,field research and interviews.From this aspect,we observe how social workers use professional theoretical knowledge and skills to intervene in the incubation project of community alliance projects,how to integrate the three major Han embroidery factions,and establish the "Chinese Embroidery Culture Governance Alliance" to solve the residents' participation,organization and team.Problems such as lack of ability have achieved the goal of achieving sustainable development of the association and promoting residents'participation.In the whole process of social workers'involvement,the paper analyzes the changes of community residents,communities and communities,summarizes the ways to integrate social workers into community culture governance,and explores the path of social workers to promote community culture governance from different angles.
