In highly developed modern information society, information literacy has become one of the basic qualities necessary for every citizen, is attracting widespread attention people’s attention and education sectors, and will be added to the information literacy education at all levels of the various types of schools of training objectives and among the evaluation system has become an important means of cultivating outstanding quality talent.Secondary vocational education is an important part of vocational education, and vocational education students’ information literacy training is one of the important objectives of secondary vocational education. With the development and advancement of education information network communication technology, with information retrieval capabilities and effective application of computer technology as the core of the knowledge and skills to become the new requirements of all walks of life to the quality of talent, but also the formation of a new vocational education personnel quality concept, therefore, to improve vocational and technical school students in information literacy has become an important direction of development of vocational education.In this paper, the use of literature study, questionnaires, interviews, data statistics and other survey methods for Information Literacy Liuzhou business school vocational students to investigate the purpose of vocational school students through Information Literacy Survey, looking the impact of vocational students information literacy development, and propose a solution based on the problem, and help provide a reference for vocational students information literacy education.This paper is divided into a total of four parts:The first part is an introduction, the main contents of vocational students information literacy research background, purpose and significance, content and research methods and research status of information literacy at home and abroad for analysis.The second part is the theoretical part, the use of literature research, research results obtained through books and networks are studied theoretical definition of information literacy in information literacy, information literacy features, nature and connotation of information literacy information literacy and the information is divided into information literacy awareness, information and knowledge, information and capability in information ethics of the four elements, while the evaluation criteria of information literacy at home and abroad to make a detailed exposition.The third part questionnaire and vocational students Literacy Information Analysis section, in this section, the first object of this paper describes the survey, the survey content and survey methodology; secondly, a detailed analysis of the kinds of questions the questionnaire, the letter validity, etc., in which the design of the questionnaire is information Literacy Competency index System universities in Beijing published reference to the current national experts, and a "multi-point Likert-type five-point scale selected" self of vocational students information literacy questionnaire through scale reliability and validity testing, to get the final version of the questionnaire, for vocational students study the impact of information literacy level factors have a certain reference value.
