In recent years,the importance of information technology in education and teaching has risen to an unprecedented level,which puts forward new requirements for teachers' information technology literacy.Secondary vocational education bears the responsibility of training and delivering practical professionals for the society.The professional quality of secondary vocational teachers is directly related to the improvement of the information literacy of secondary vocational students and the improvement of the overall information literacy of the people.However,there are still some problems in the current information literacy of secondary vocational teachers in China,such as the deviation of information literacy understanding,the poor application ability of information technology and so on.From the perspective of information technology,it is an inevitable requirement for the development of the times and the sustainable development of secondary vocational education to strengthen the cultivation of teachers' information literacy.This paper is divided into seven parts.The first chapter is the introduction.The content includes the research background,significance,literature review,research methods and so on.The second chapter defines the core concepts and related theories.First,it introduces the core concepts of the thesis,such as informatization,information literacy,teachers' information literacy,secondary vocational teachers' information literacy;then it introduces the relevant theories,including the digital divide theory,teachers' professional development theory,which lays a theoretical foundation for the thesis writing.The third chapter analyzes the necessity and feasibility of improving the information literacy of secondary vocational teachers under the background of information technology.The fourth chapter designs a questionnaire to investigate the information literacy level of secondary vocational school teachers from four aspects: information awareness,information knowledge,information ability and information morality,so as to understand the current situation and real level of information literacy of secondary vocational school teachers.The fifth chapter This paper analyzes the problems and reasons of teachers' information literacy in secondary vocational schools under the background of information technology.The problems include: the deviation of information literacy understanding,the weak awareness and concept of information technology application,the poor application ability of information technology,and the information morality to be improved.The reasons include: the poor basic conditions of school information technology,the assessment of teachers by schools The evaluation is not scientific,the concept of parents in secondary vocational schools is backward,the comprehensive quality of secondary vocational teachers is different,and there is a lack of a good social resource environment.The fifth chapter is the strategies to improve the information literacy of secondary vocational teachers.The specific contents include: strengthening teachers' understanding of the importance of information literacy,improving the training system of teachers' information literacy,building a cultural platform for teachers' information literacy promotion,optimizing the software and hardware environment of school information resources,and improving the evaluation mechanism.
