Tracing back to the cultural development and inheritance of the Chinese nation for thousands of years,the socialist core values have become an indispensable part of the current Chinese culture.As the core requirement of professional ethics,dedication runs through the Millennium civilization,highlights and carries forward in the contemporary society,and cultivates the value of dedication plays a fundamental role in the growth and development of every practitioner.Since the 18 th National Congress,dedication has been elevated to the level of core values for the first time,and has become the basic requirement of socialist core values at the individual level.If youth prospers,the country prospers;if youth is strong,the country prospers;if youth is responsible and responsible,the country has hope and the nation has future.As one of the best youth groups,young teachers in Colleges and universities are an indispensable part of the teaching staff.They are also important spreader and practitioners of socialist core values.They should shoulder the historical mission of actively disseminating and exemplifying socialist values of dedication.From a realistic point of view,the status quote of their dedication values affects the overall level of teaching and research in universities,the quality of their morality,and the realization of their own growth and value of life.Therefore,it is undoubtedly of great significance to examine the current situation of young college teachers' professional values,to explore the underlying causes of their devotion anomie,to put forward scientific countermeasures to solve the problem,and to actively cultivate the values of young college teachers' professional dedication.Guided by the Marxist theory,this study uses the methods of comparative analysis and logical analysis to scientifically explore the characteristics of young teachers in Colleges and universities,and gives a scientific definition of the relevant concepts and essential connotations of their professional values.It clearly points out the important practical significance of cultivating young teachers' professional values.At the same time,on the basis of systematically analyzing the present situation of young teachers' professional values in Colleges and universities,the basic goal ofcultivating young teachers' professional values in Colleges and universities is pointed out.On the premise of sorting out and analyzing,this paper makes a thorough discussion on the Countermeasures of cultivating young teachers' professional values in Colleges and universities.It is believed that in order to achieve the greatest effectiveness in the cultivation of young teachers' professional values,it is necessary to adhere to the three perspectives of society,universities and teachers themselves,to optimize the social atmosphere,to improve the University environment,system and carrier for the cultivation of professional values,and to give full play to the initiative of young teachers themselves.In terms of research purposes,this paper,guided by problem awareness,insists on starting from the actual situation of young university teachers,and on the basis of systematic analysis and exploration,strives to provide more direct,effective and specific methods for the cultivation of young university teachers' professional values,so as to help young university teachers establish positive professional values,which is the expectation of this paper.Goals.
