The Research On Teacher Team Construction In The Private Schools

With the development of China's economy,the private education has become an indispensable part.However,the survival and development of private schools are facing with great challenges.The construction of the contingent of teachers in private schools is the key to guarantee the survival and development of private schools.This paper takes the private school teachers as the research object,and takes the development of private school teachers as the research problem,and comprehensively uses the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method,the interview method.This paper aims to analyze the main problems in the construction of private school teachers in Weifang City and try to solve those problems.The problems in the construction of teachers' contingent in private schools can be summed up in three aspects: system guarantee,school management and teachers themselves.Institutional security problems are mainly manifested in inadequate government policies,regulations for private school teachers protection and private schools for teachers evaluation mechanism,incentive mechanism to be improved.The problems in school management which are mainly manifested in the management of teachers by school leaders are not humanized,and the management of teachers' post-service training is not scientific.Teachers are mainly manifested in their serious mentality of employment,low sense of professional identity and lack of self-professional development of the master consciousness.The strategy starts from three aspects.Institutional security level is to improve the security system of private school teachers and improve the evaluation mechanism and incentive mechanism of private school teachers.The school management level is to enhance the humanism and flexibility of the school management system,improve the scientificity and effectiveness of the teachers' post-service training mechanism.The research on the construction of teachers' team in private schools can be said to conform to the requirements of the times.It has both theoretical and practical significance to enrich the development of teachers and guide the development of teachers in private schools.
