Preliminary Study On The Implementation Status Of Music Association Activities In Secondary Vocational Schools

The student association of secondary vocational school is an effective platform to improve the comprehensive quality of secondary vocational students.Club education is not only an extension of classroom teaching,but also an important way to implement education.General secretary xi jinping pointed out that the campus should be regarded as the stage for the core socialist values education,starting from students' daily life,making full use of the carriers such as classroom teaching and student association activities,so as to make the core socialist values truly become the compass of students' soul and achieve internalization and externalization.The fundamental task of the school is to train comprehensive talents with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique and beauty.In particular,secondary vocational schools need to start from various aspects to tap the potential of students and create all-round development of talents--because for most graduates of secondary vocational schools,graduation is faced with employment and mastering multiple skills is not only necessary but also urgent.Education is an important and effective means to cultivate students' various skills and implement aesthetic education.This paper takes yantai mechanical engineering school as an example to analyze and study the specific activity implementation experience of the school for three years since the school started the association in 2015.This paper mainly analyzes the specific implementation process of music association activities in the school,and puts forward specific Suggestions and future development directions on how to better build and develop music society from the specific implementation process of community organization,instructor selection,assessment,course content arrangement and time setting of the association.It aims to make efforts to improve the comprehensive quality of students,accelerate the development of secondary vocational school associations,and develop the self-consciousness of secondary vocational students,so as to lay a solid foundation for the successful employment of students.Article includes six parts,respectively is the introduction,chapter one mainly introduces the basic theory of music club and significance of the construction of the characteristic,the second chapter is the focus of this article content,mainly introduces the yantai mechanical engineering school music club general implementation process as well as various music club activities of the implementation of the specific content,the third chapter mainly introduces some good effect is obtained by specific implementation process and result,the fourth chapter mainly discusses the music community found in the process of implementation and how to improve in the future,the last is the conclusion.It is hoped that this paper can promote the construction and development of the entire school student community,so that the school community can develop better in the future.Due to the school also has just started community shortly time,many problems still need to continue groping forward,deficiencies still has a lot of,we will continue to study,found the problem in practice,solve the problem,also hope that other community development of secondary vocational schools to provide certain theoretical and practical basis,let us move forward together.
