As the important component of the primary and secondary school teachers,the primary and secondary school class teachers are not only the backbone of basic education,but also the main managers of primary and secondary school classes,the implementers of moral education for primary and secondary school students,and the leaders of students ' mental health development.Therefore,the professional development of the head teacher of primary and secondary schools is the key to the construction of the basic education faculty.Practice has proved that the training community is the most effective way to promote the professional development of the head teachers in primary and secondary schools.The construction of the community requires the guidance of scientific theories.From the perspective of field theory,this paper uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method,case analysis method,etc.to analyze the problems and causes of the current community construction of primary and secondary school teachers.At the same time,with the participation of the tutors in the "School of the Elementary and Secondary Schools Moral Education Execution Enhancement Team Training Practice" research,the field theory was applied to the construction of the primary and secondary school class teacher training community,and the model construction and operation of the training community field was carried out.Mechanism construction for analysis,the main contents of the full text include:The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the research background,significance,research ideas and methods of this research and literature review,and defines the core concepts.The second part mainly analyzes the problems existing in the training of the community in the primary and secondary school classes,explores the root causes of these problems,and finds the entry point of improvement.It plays a role in the construction of the community of the training community.The author can In order to deepen and more comprehensively conceive,the construction of the training community field is more scientific and effective.The third part is the exploration of the community operation practice of the primary and middle school class teachers.Taking the “class class director project” of Liujiang District as the practice platform,based on the field theory,the system constructs the “four-integration” operation mode,operation mechanism,implementation method and strategy.The analysis helps the reader to understand the construction of the community community more intuitively.The fourth part is based on the exploration of the project,providing a feasible and effective field construction strategy for the primary and secondary school teachers to study the community,thereby enhancing its scientific,effective and promotional value.The fifth part is about the insufficiency and reflection of the study of the construction of the community field in the primary and middle school class,so that it can better improve the community system and improve the value of reference promotion.
