The local Chinese curriculum refers to the protection and promotion of thecurriculum to meet the needs of different regions, by the local according to the needsof national management policies and local political, economic, cultural, ethnic andother development set, complement and adaptation, and managed by local Chinesecurriculum. This kind of curriculum meaning could be expanded to include local andschool-based curriculum, including supporting the development of local curriculumand school-based curriculum, and the preparation of the curriculum standards,textbooks and reference books. The local language curriculum resource developmentis closely related with the local culture, the development of Kunming local culturecurriculum resources, development of school-based teaching materials will help thecreative teachers play in the process of curriculum implementation effect, so thatstudents in language practice, enhance the understanding of Kunming, love, for thefuture into the local life, a good foundation work lay down, also for the students toget out, go out of the country to enhance national self-confidence and pride; they alsohighlight the school characteristics, to coordinate the relationship between the schooland the local community, effectively promote the development of Kunming localculture, in order to better protect and pass on the local culture in Kunming.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter, introduction, mainly includes the review of existing researchresults, research ideas, research methods and content.The second chapter,"the development of the basis and principles of Kunminglocal culture school-based teaching material", mainly discusses the educationalfunction of Chinese local culture of Kunming is mainly the cultivation of students’Chinese accomplishment he promotes the professional development of teachers; andthe development of "Kunming local culture school-based teaching material" needs toconsider the choice of culture, take the student as the main body, the fusion of theprinciple. The third chapter,"the design and style of writing of Kunming local cultureschool-based teaching material", mainly discusses the design goal of school-basedteaching materials, discusses the style of writing and how to write the Kunming localschool culture teaching.The fourth chapter,"the teaching practice of Kunming local culture school-basedteaching materials of" comprehensive practical activities, mainly discusses the localculture of Kunming to carry out comprehensive practice significance, comprehensivepractical activities in the "special","language practice","integrated learning andinquiry" aspects such as a detailed case analysis.The fifth chapter,"writing teaching practice of Kunming local cultureschool-based curriculum" teaching, mainly from the relationship of reading andwriting, the writing of the junior middle school students of the three source ofmaterial for writing and writing instruction of teachers; through the analysis todiscuss how the development of Kunming local culture writing resources, we need toactively Kunming area using the single crown cultural resources, stimulate students’interest in writing, effectively promote the teaching of composition.
