Research On Precise Poverty Alleviation In Vocational Education Services

Carrying out deeply targeted poverty alleviation has driven the development of poor areas.In the current stage,Education targeted poverty alleviation is very popular because it can improve the overall education level of the poor.Compared with other forms of poverty alleviation through education,secondary vocational education is more accurate in terms of poverty alleviation,because it is close to rural life and meets the needs of the poor to rely on education and technology to lift them out of poverty,so they have more students in the vast rural areas.It is an effective way for poor students to change the present situation of poverty through education and to get rid of the Intergenerational Transmission of Poverty.Guizhou Province,as a poor province in China,actively explores new methods and new paths in the work of precision poverty alleviation.This paper,taking Zhengan County of Guizhou Province as a typical example,studies the problems existing in precision poverty alleviation in secondary vocational education in Guizhou Province.Through conducting questionnaires and field visits in secondary vocational education schools in Zhengan County,collecting relevant data and analyzing valid questionnaires,the paper systematically understands the current situation of precision poverty alleviation in vocational education in Zhengan County.It also concludes that there are some problems in the implementation of precision poverty alleviation of vocational education in Zhengan County,such as the poor object of secondary vocational education is not accurate,the resources of poverty alleviation of vocational education is insufficient,and the measures of poverty alleviation need to be improved urgently.In view of the problems,it is suggested to improve the identification ability of vocational education to help the poor with precision,and to perfect the mechanism of funding guarantee for poverty alleviation in secondary vocational education,to optimize the policy environment of precision poverty alleviation in secondary vocational education and to continue to improve the training model of precision poverty alleviation in secondary vocational education,so as to ensure that precision poverty alleviation in vocational education can benefit more poor students and acquire skills through receiving vocational education and to lift the family out of poverty as a whole.
