Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Campus Safety Governance In University

Only in a truly safe campus environment can higher vocational students learn safely and master more knowledge and technology.The research on campus security governance in higher vocational colleges can not only enrich the relevant theoretical research,but also provide beneficial inspiration for the realization of campus security governance in Higher Vocational colleges,which has certain theoretical and practical research significance.The main purpose of this study is to find out the main problems existing in the process of campus safety management in Higher Vocational Colleges through the study of campus safety governance in Guangdong Industry Polytechnic,and put forward corresponding development countermeasures in view of the existing problems.In order to peep into the leopard and find out the problems of campus safety management in the whole higher vocational colleges in our country,it will give more beneficial enlightenment to other higher vocational colleges in the aspect of campus safety management.The ultimate goal is to promote the quality improvement of campus safety management in our vocational colleges.The main contents of this paper are: the first part is introduction.Mainly on the research background,purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods and innovations are briefly discussed.The second part is the theoretical explanation of campus safety management in higher vocational colleges.First,the concept of Higher Vocational Colleges and campus safety is defined.On this basis,it focuses on the theoretical basis of campus safety governance in Higher Vocational colleges:synergetics theory,governance theory and crisis management theory.The third part is the empirical analysis of campus safety management in Guangdong Industry Polytechnic.First of all,the basic situation of Guangdong Industry Polytechnic.On this basis,the main measures and effects of campus safety management in Guangdong Industry Polytechnic are pointed out.The main measures taken by Guangdong Industry Polytechnic for campus safety management are: actively carrying out campus safety propaganda;strengthening the construction of campus safety system;strengthening the construction of campus safety facilities;establishing a "civil air defense,technical defense,material defense" as one of the campus safety protection mode.The concrete results achieved are: no school safety accidents happened in the past 5 years,and the satisfaction level of students and parents was relatively high.Finally,it points out the problems existing in campus safetymanagement of Guangdong Industry Polytechnic: lack of perfect campus safety system;imperfect campus safety education system;single governance mode of campus safety;security team construction needs to be strengthened.The fourth part is the experience and Enlightenment of the campus safety management in Higher Vocational Colleges in other parts of China.Specific experience and Enlightenment are: actively convening regular meetings to implement the requirements of superiors;school guidance,Department implementation,and the participation of the whole school staff;implementing order education,security order implementation of "three steps";carrying out school-site coordination,implementing campus safety management.The fifth part,the main countermeasures to promote campus safety management in higher vocational colleges.The countermeasures and suggestions are as follows: to establish a perfect campus security system;to establish a perfect campus security education system;to actively adopt a multi-center governance model;and to effectively strengthen the construction of security forces.The sixth part,conclusion and prospect.
