Research On Diversified Governance Reform Of Suzhou Higher Vocational Colleges

In recent years,with China’s social-economic transformation and the accelerated upgrading of urbanization level,China’s vocational education began to develop rapidly.After the 18 th CPC National Congress,the state launched a series of policies to comprehensively realize the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.As an important part of vocational education,the diversified governance and modern reform of higher vocational colleges are also imperative.However,with the transformation of government functions and the increasingly important position of enterprises,industries and the public in the governance of higher vocational colleges,the traditional government led "unitary management" model has been unable to meet the needs of the times for the internal promotion and external development of higher vocational education governance.As the second highest GDP per capita in China and a model city with highly developed urban and rural economy,Suzhou has always attached great importance to the development and research of higher vocational education.However,due to the late start and slow process of Higher Vocational Education in Suzhou,and the regulation and governance of higher vocational colleges have been controlled by the government for a long time.At present,the country is vigorously advocating the reform of higher vocational education system,and the governance and development of Higher Vocational Colleges in Suzhou has come to a new outlet.In this context,how to speed up the implementation of local governments in place,make higher vocational colleges have a "sense of gain" and produce a positive driving force,improve external governance and promote diversified governance reform is the focus and key,and it is also a very important practical topic to promote the sustainable development of higher vocational education in China.This paper aims to explore the diversified Governance Countermeasures of Suzhou Higher Vocational Colleges,and takes Suzhou s,l and C higher vocational colleges as the main research cases.It is divided into five chapters to comprehensively sort out the current situation and existing problems of diversified governance of Suzhou main higher vocational colleges through questionnaire survey and interview,Firstly,it discusses the development of Higher Vocational Education in Suzhou and the general situation of diversified governance system.Secondly,based on the questionnaire and interview results,a multi-dimensional analysis was carried out to summarize the problems such as the lack of governance concept,imperfect governance structure and insufficient motivation of diversified governance in the diversified governance reform of major Higher Vocational Colleges in Suzhou,the lack of innovation in governance concept,the relative closure of governance structure,the imperfect overall governance guarantee mechanism The immaturity of collaborative governance mechanism is analyzed in detail to explore the reasons.Finally,by learning from the relevant governance experience of domestic cities at the same level,this paper puts forward scheme demonstration and guarantee measures on the local actual situation and development characteristics of Suzhou,including improving the incentive mechanism of collaborative governance of higher vocational colleges,improving the democratic governance mechanism of social participation,improving the overall planning and guarantee level of governance of higher vocational colleges A series of specific measures such as social guidance and a good public opinion cognitive environment.
