From time immemorial,fairness as the basic principles of society,is the topic and aim people constantly focus on.How to make society fair and just is an important issue that is being studied in various fields such as economics,sociology,management,psychology,philosophy,law,education and other areas.There are many scenarios that children's life is related to fairness.Their fair behaviour is not only the pro-social expression,also one of the important contents of children's moral development.So it's very essential to carry out education about notions and behavior of fairness.This research selected Kindergarten Z in N city,Zhejiang province as research area.Cooperating with a middle class(later promoted to senior grade)teacher in kindergarten,it selected children of this class as research object to start the action research promoting notions and behavior of fairness of children of 5-6.It used many methods of observation,interview and so on,discussing effective strategies and approaches to promote notions and behavior of fairness of children of 5-6.The whole process of action research can be divided to three stages.The first stage is the process and discussion improving teachers' notions and cognitive behavior of fairness through training.The second stage is the process and discussion improving children's notions and behavior of fairness through equity theme education programme.In addition,after the action research,researchers have also made an assessment and discussion of its overall effectiveness.Main conclusions of research are as follows: Picture book teaching activity laid a firm foundation for improving of children's notions and behaviour of fairness.The group talking activity about Role-experience game enhanced children's fair experience in their life.Collective teaching activities from different areas completed consolidation,complement and summary for improving the notions and behaviour of fairness.Teachers,researchers and class atmosphere changed positively after action research.Lastly,researchers put forward related constructive suggestions from three aspects of kindergarten,children's teachers and future researchers.
