The "Healthy China "2030" Planning Outline proposes the goal of "adolescents mastering more than one sports skill".This goal seems to be low,but it is not easy to operate.In the current school physical education teaching work in our country,this goal has not been effectively achieved so far.Under this background,there is a shifting physical education teaching that has the characteristics of “student can carry out long-term specialized learning on the sports items of their choice”.Born.This paper takes the practice of physical education teaching in the middle school affiliated to Zhejiang Normal University as the research object,and adopts the research methods such as literature data method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,aiming at exploring the reasons and changes of the practice of physical education teaching in the school.And characteristics,and then analyze the current deficiencies and causes of the sports shift system,and provide reference experience for the benign operation of the shifting physical education.The research results are as follows:(1)Reasons and changes in the physical education of the school's walking system: The school always implements the "student-centered" teaching concept in the process of pushing the walking class,and is committed to improving the students' "learning but not fine" and "low" in physical education.The status of horizontal repeating.Since 1998,with the deepening of the high school physical education curriculum reform and the gradual abundance of physical education teachers in the secondary schools affiliated to Zhejiang Normal University,the school has embarked on a gradual sub-item from the traditional administrative classes to the second and third grades.Take a small walk,and then go to the path of change of the "big walk".(2)The effectiveness of the school's walking-based physical education teaching: Thanks to the “walking-shift” teaching organization form,the individual differences of all students have received more attention and attention.Specifically,the implementation of the school-based physical education has strengthened students' interest in learning;improved the subjective initiative of students;implemented sports skills teaching to ensure that students master at least one motor skill;further improved the professional teaching level of teachers.To stimulate teachers' enthusiasm for teaching.(3)The characteristics of the school's walking-based physical education teaching: a.It highlights the subjectivity of students,that is,the shift-based teaching emphasizes the individual differences of each student,and students can choose their own learning content according to their own interests and learning ability.To give full play to the main role of students in the process of teaching activities.b.Implemented the teaching of sports skills,that is,set different grades of physical education teaching tasks according to the characteristics of each grade,the high side emphasizes the foundation of sports skills,the second grade emphasizes the special sports skills,and the third grade focuses on the use of sports skills.c.Reasonable use of sports ground equipment,that is,the site equipment of each project should be used 4-5 times per teaching day,which meets the different sports needs of teachers and students.d.Give full play to the specialty of physical education teachers,that is,each physical education teacher is responsible for teaching one or two specialized sports skills,so that physical education teachers become more "specialized" in skills teaching.(4)Analysis of the insufficiency and reasons of the school's walking-based physical education: a.Insufficient sports programs and insufficient venues: the lack of special funds and the lack of attention paid by schools to non-special sports are the main causes of this problem.b.Students have poor communication with each other at the beginning of teaching;after the implementation of the shift system,the students in the new teaching class come from different administrative classes,and the weak emotional basis between students is the main cause of this problem.c.The training of sports special students is in conflict with the class: the extra-curricular training content of special students tends to be more specialized,and the setting of the school curriculum needs to meet the sports needs of all students,and it is difficult to achieve seamless integration with off-campus sports training.d.Label effect: After the shift,the physical teacher's first impression on the students comes from the A,B,C,and D of the student's name prefix on the roster.Teachers usually form different expectations according to the label,which in turn affects students at different levels.Full development.(5)On this basis,the suggestions for the benign development of the shift-based physical education teaching are put forward: a.The site structure should be further optimized and the
