The educational concept of "reducing the burden and increasing the effect" is of great significance to the development of both students and teachers,the integration of reducing the burden and increasing the effect into the middle school art teaching class is the proof of the continuous renewal and development of the teaching concept.To reduce the burden and enhance the effect,we are committed to eliminating students’ misunderstanding of art learning in the traditional art class,to improve the importance of students in learning art,let them in the busy life in the art to find a clean land,to replenish the lost vitality.This paper is devoted to exploring the educational concept of "reducing the burden and increasing the efficiency" put forward by the affiliated high school of henna normal university in the process of constantly updating the teaching concept that is suitable for the growth of students,this paper tries to study the development of the educational concept of "reducing the burden and increasing the effect" in the middle school art classroom teaching,we will strive to realize the mutual integration between reducing the burden and increasing the effect and the art education in junior middle school,and the new art classroom mode conforming to the requirements of the new curriculum reform.This study is divided into three parts: In the first part,the relationship between burden reduction and efficiency enhancement and art teaching in junior high school is preliminarily defined.Firstly,it explains the concept of reducing the negative and increasing the effect,analyzes the deep meaning of reducing the negative and increasing the effect,and combs the overlap between the concept of reducing the negative and increasing the effect and the essence of art teaching in junior high school.The second part is to find out the reason why the affiliated middle school of normal university chooses the concept of reducing the burden and increasing the effect.Firstly,this paper analyzes the prospective,limitation and necessity of the implementation of burden reduction and efficiency enhancement in the affiliated middle school of henna normal university,secondly,it analyzes the influence of the implementation of reducing the burden and increasing the effect on the art teachers in the affiliated middle school of henna normal university,It is concluded that the implementation of the concept of reducing the burden and increasing the efficiency in the affiliated middle school of henna normal university conforms to the requirements of the development of students,teachers and schools.In the last part,through the research of reducing the burden and increasing the effect,the teaching exploration of combining theory with practice is carried out from the two aspects of "reducing the burden" and "increasing the effect".In practice,we found the deficiencies and made timely adjustments in order to have a deeper dialogue with the concept of reducing the burden and increasing the efficiency of education.In the end,the whole framework of exploring the concept of reducing the burden and increasing the efficiency of education is preliminarily completed to enrich the knowledge of education and make steady progress in professional development.
